Nikki Davies, the solo proprietor of coNEXTion, has been certified as a Design Thinking Practitioner, Team Psychological Safety Facilitator, and Resilience Coach with ICF ACC credentials as well as over 30 years experience working with corporate clients (SMEs and MNCs) and supporting start-up enterprises. Recent projects that have resonated include building social selling capabilities for sales teams, strengthening psychological safety within a c-suite leadership team, and coaching next generation leaders to prepare for promotions as part of a corporate sponsorship programme. Having an extensive client base across multiple industries, her experience as an entrepreneur, and having worked in large corporates herself, Nikki places coNEXTion in the unique position of being able to effectively understand the challenges faced by organisations in bringing people together towards a successful outcome.
